Flow Atelier is a digital operations studio operated by Roberta Peraccini, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We provide operations consulting, audits, and implementation services for wellness founders, health practitioners, and expert businesses.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you provide directly or that is generated by your use of this website:

• Contact forms and audit questionnaires: name, email address, and information about your business that you choose to share.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4): anonymised data about how visitors use this site — pages visited, session duration, referral source. No personally identifiable information is collected via GA4. This is only activated after you accept cookies.
• Cookies: we use a cookie consent mechanism. Analytics cookies are only set after explicit consent.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry or deliver the service you requested.
• To send you the audit report or deliverables you purchased.
• To improve this website via anonymised analytics (only with consent).
• To send occasional newsletters if you explicitly subscribed.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Client project files: retained for the duration of the project plus 2 years.
• Enquiries that did not result in a project: deleted within 12 months.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: subject to Google Analytics 4 retention settings (default: 14 months).

We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics (only with cookie consent)
• Stripe — payment processing for service purchases
• Netlify — website hosting
• Beehiiv — newsletter platform (subscribers only)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data processing terms.
